Lyns Hercule (LCSW)

Lyns currently provides outpatient services. He is an experienced supervisor and clinician providing mental and behavioral health care services to clients using clinical methodologies and specialties with In-Home therapy and outpatient services. Mr. Hercule is culturally competent and speaks Haitian-Creole, Spanish, and French. 

 

Ludger Labissiere (LICSW)

Ludger is an experienced supervisor, clinician, and former child welfare worker. He provides mental and behavioral health care services to clients using clinical methodologies and specialties with In-Home therapy and outpatient services. Mr. Labisiere is culturally competent and speaks Haitian-Creole. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the University of Massachusetts (Boston) and a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College.

 

Phernel Manigat (LICSW)

Phernel is a private practitioner providing outpatient services, with a focus on male issues. Formerly, Mr. Manigat worked as a DCF supervisor.

 

Claudette Saint-Fleur

Claudette has extensive experience in child welfare, community connected practice, leadership and counseling, and has worked with children and families involved with DCF. Ms. Saint-Fleur is experienced as a clinician providing mental and behavioral health care services to clients using clinical methodologies and specialties with In-Home therapy and outpatient services. Ms. Saint-Fleur speaks Haitian-Creole and is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
